Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell, all parts are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated in writing. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations will be accepted after shipment has occurred.

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Diesel Engines
  • Transmissions
  • Cabs

Special-order items, electrical components, electronic modules, and parts installed, modified, disassembled, or altered after delivery are also non-returnable.

Any exception to this policy must be approved in writing by management prior to the return of any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping, freight, return, and refund terms stated herein.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, including:

  • The cost to ship the item back to us
  • The original shipping cost to send the item to the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Electronics Policy (No Returns or Refunds)
Due to the nature of electronic components, all electrical parts are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Customers must inspect and test all electrical components before installation.

All batteries and electronic parts are tested and verified to be in good working condition before leaving our facility, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any electronic parts.

Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
