Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day, Monday through Friday, provided that payment is successfully received and cleared before 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. CA Truck Parts, Inc. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Policy – LTL Freight Shipments
All parts shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight are sold FOB (Free On Board) shipping point. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier.
Customers are required to thoroughly inspect all shipments at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be clearly noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before acceptance of the shipment. Failure to note damage or shortages at the time of delivery may result in denial of any freight claim. We are not responsible for damages, delays, shortages, or losses that occur during transportation.
All sales of used, rebuilt, or remanufactured parts are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to purchase.
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances:

- Cabs
By purchasing from us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for freight claims related to shipping damage or loss.
